Andale Construction of Wichita, Kansas has begun site prep for the 20+ acre laydown yard at the industrial park, and TP&L will begin receiving wind components early February 2020.

KDOT grant award

KDOT recently awarded $1.64 million to Great Plains for rehabilitaion of the rail system at the industrial park. 

Northern Plains Rail Services and Koppers Railroad Structures are the contractors responsible for the project that consists of rehab of nearly 43,000 feet of rail and repair to two bridges.
