MANUFACTURING AND WAREHOUSING

Great Plains Industrial Park is pleased to offer for immediate lease, 16 open-bay buildings ideal for manufacturing and warehousing needs. Each building measures 417’ x 51.5’ x 26’ and offers 21,389 sq. ft. These buildings are separated by a firewall, and can be easily split. Concrete slab floors, overhead and sliding doors that are easily retrofitted to fit your needs, and fire suppression systems throughout are just a few of the bonuses offered by these buildings.

Rail and truck access is available to all 16 buildings.

RAIL-SERVED, FREE-STANDING MANUFACTURING BUILDINGS

Not just one, but two outstanding buildings with a combined floor space of 45,555 sq. ft. are available immediately to set up manufacturing operations. Located within a secured perimeter, both buildings are fully rail-served with open span floor space. Heavy concrete floors measure 18" deep. Built in 1941, these buildings have excellent natural light and doors that are easily retrofitted to accommodate specific purposes. Electrical demand of any level is available. These buildings are available as a package, or individually.

ENERGETICS-READY SITE

Several buildings with a combined floor space of more than 110,000 sq. ft. are available immediately. Excellent for energetics manufacturing operations, these buildings are filled with blast walls and open bays, and are located within a secured perimeter inside of the gated industrial park. Heavy floors of 18" concrete and rail make this area ideal for many industrial operations. Built in 1941, the buildings have excellent natural light and infrastructure to meet any need. The buildings are available as a package or individually. ATF-certifiable storage is available on-site.

EXPLOSIVE STORAGE - ATF TYPE 1 MAGAZINES

Designed and built by the United States Army, Great Plains Industrial Park offers 95 ATF-Certifiable Type 1 magazines, constructed in 1941. Securely fenced inside the gated industrial park, two of the three magazine areas are rail-served inside their fences.

SECURE DATA STORAGE

Designed and built by the United States Army, Great Plains Industrial Park offers 95 reinforced concrete magazines with 2' earth cover, constructed in 1941. Securely fenced inside a 14,000 acre, additionally secured industrial park, these structures offer an ideal location for a data center. Two sizes offer 1,220 sq. ft. and 1,813 sq. ft. Due to earth berming, structures maintain a fairly constant temperature, providing energy efficiency.

PRIME DEVELOPMENT SITE

This prime development site is complete with onsite road, rail, electric, water and wastewater. Approximately 100 acres at the northern end of this 14,000 acre gated industrial park in the heart of Southeast Kansas.

The 1,200' of rail frontage is part of an extensive system in place at the industrial park that includes more than 30 miles of total rail and an in-place and operational switch off Union Pacific's mainline.

Additional acreage is available to the south to accommodate alternate formatting.
